I got the 4 for 4$ it consisted of a sprite, a double cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries. And I ate it for dinner so it was about 5pm. As I was just going to sleep I couldn't because of harsh stomach pains  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
