Ate bagged organic romaine lettuce, thoroughly cooked skin on chicken thighs, and petite peas last evening for dinner. Severe case of vomiting and diarrhea began 2.5-3 hrs after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

First if all. We went thru Drive thru. The amount of flies at the window should have been a red flag. Anyways ordered the gyros. Within 30 minutes of eating them stomach was hurting extremely bad. Feels like Im going to vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

A couple days ago I felt like I had the flu after eating fritos scoops. I thought it was a bug and took me a couple days to feel better. Today I ate the rest of the bag not knowing it was the cause.
