Take out Chinese food Just me. I ate an order of General Tso's chicken with white rice and then several hours later, I began to have an extreme episode of acid reflux. I've had only very mild heartburn in times past, on rare occasions.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Heartburn, Acid reflux

I ordered the nacho supreme and a cheese a rito. Early in the morning I got diarrhea and vomited everything I ate. Today is day 2 after getting sick and still have diarrhea. I haven’t ate because nothing stays down. Still weak and feel lethargic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Usually have a good experience here but I had a salad last night and around 4am experienced bad cramping and stomach pains. Around 5 I finally puked from nausea and it seems to be settling a bit. Extremely disappointed bc this is the second time I’ve been sick from there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain
