Ordered the number one combo with the four sliders, fries and a coke around 1pm. Starting feeling sicks and nauseas around 5-6pm, and then threw up everything a little after 9pm. It looked as if the food didn't even break down. I threw up coughing chunks of food. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at qdoba in Chaska MN on 12/27. Had a chicken burrito with veggies, lettuce, guacamole, and rice. Also had chips and Queso. Later that evening had severe diarrhoea and vomitting. Still nauseous and have diarrhoea 2 days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had some brown guacamole with my chips or the tacos. Honestly, bad stomach diarrhea set in about 3 hours and then a fever started about 6 hours after eating. Spent the night sleeping by the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On Dec 24, approx 3:30, I had Caesar salad, fried, garlic and wood skewered shrimp, which no one else in my party ate. Approx 8 pm, I began feeling queasy, it’s now 2 am and I’ve been violently ill for over 2 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Only husband got sick. Didn't eat same food. Symptoms started 1/2 hour then within 45 min was sick. Still 10 hours later he still is experiencing diarrhea.
Had steak and ribs so not sure if one of them was bad. My steak was a little pink  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My friend and I went to get some appetizers in Applebees after 9pm. Both of us got sick at night having the same symptoms; vomiting,d diarrhea,very high fever and dizziness.
