Tuesday evening was miserable. My spouse had the same thing but used the spring mix lettuce and did not get sick. I am still sick with diarrhea, dry heaves, stomach pain, chills, feel clamy, missed two days work and felt like crap today and left early. I am also experiencing muscle pain. I had McDonald’s for dinner. I got chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I ate it and nothing else for the rest of the night. Fast forward to 5 am and I have nausea. 30 minutes or less go by and I throw up chunks of nugget.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had chicken with fries. With tartar sauce. I started feeling nauseous about 4-5 hours after I ate and then almost 10 hours later I was projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I have a fever and chills as well!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate around 3:00pm and I went to the mall my stomach started hurting so I go home then around 10pm my stomach felt like it had a lot of gas I went to sleep woke up to vomiting and I continued to puke all night long every time I took medicine I threw it up  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

church, where I started feeling bad. When I got home, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. I was throwing up nuggest and could still taste the tea. I spent the entire night with fever and going to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Could take Pepto-Bismo later and now I've been just drinking water.
