I got a sandwich (turkey & provolone) at around 11am Friday 11/22/24 and Around 4pm I started having very severe stomach pain and vomiting. I have been hospitalized since it has happened with suspected E. Coli.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
