On Saturday March 21 I believe it was the Subway in Sunset Station — in Henderson, Nevada I ate a BMT which was the special there — a six inch on wheat bread. My wife paid for it — she threw out the receipt but she paid with a credit card so can produce the transaction from there if necessary.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ordered food last night from chipotle. It was a chicken bowl with rice, lettuce, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese. In the middle of the night, I had severe stomach cramps and it was vomiting.
