On Monday, October 27, at approximately 7:30 am, I had breakfast at Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill in Terminal 1 at LAS. It is the only food I ate that day. By early evening I was violently ill, and attribute it to the breakfast. After sleeping most of the next day, I finally felt better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate 2 carne asada and 2 azteca tacos from a different ordering station than my friends on Sunday 10/12. Within 2 hours I was vomiting, nauseas, and had diarrhea . It is now 10/14 and I’m still recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

My daughter and her friend experienced nausea, stomach pain and vomiting within 1-2 hours after jamba smoothie. I am not sure which her friend ordered, but my daughter's was watermelon something smoothie, with no add ons.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
