10/17 ordered Crunchwrap supreme around 7:30-8:00pm. Symptoms began at about 10:30 - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Also ordered the Doritos locos taco (regular) for a family and they are fine so we suspect it was the sour cream in the Crunchwrap  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Afternoon of 20-13-2021, Double burger, something wasn't right with that burger. Still hoping I recover. I think I defecated most of the burger out. Terrible cramps lower abdomen by prostate..not prostate related. Excess gas...smelly stools  | Symptoms: Cramps, Gas, Other

Last week I got severely sick after eating there. My husband told me to report it to them but I did not. My illness (vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness was so severe that my husband had to call 911 to my house).
