had a vhoclate shake and hamburger from there and no one else got sick and they ate same thing, but we all had different shakes. Felt I'll like 6 to 9 hours later and diarrhea on and off all night through to the next day. Barfed a couple times during the first hours. Muscle aches bad too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain

This location opened about a month ago. Large ordered
2 --- 3 items dishes 1/2 rice and 1/2 noodles with Angus steak for both and honey walnut shrimp for one and the spicey shrimp for the other. Also ordered a large teriyaki chicken.

Got salmon/chicken skewer plate on Wednesday 10/21. Several hours later had uncontrollable vomiting followed by diarrhea the next day. Had to extend my trip in Las Vegas for a day just to recover, cost me several hundred dollars.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

Ate at here for the first time Ate mainly sushi rolls but minimal raw food at about 7pm, woke up in pain with stomach discomfort around 11, worst of diarrhea hit around 1am, already seem to be feeling much better just a little queasy but no fever or other symptoms. It happened on 10/20/21  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
