On Saturday March 21 I believe it was the Subway in Sunset Station — in Henderson, Nevada I ate a BMT which was the special there — a six inch on wheat bread. My wife paid for it — she threw out the receipt but she paid with a credit card so can produce the transaction from there if necessary.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had a chicken and rice bowl with cheese and shortly after eating it I felt very sick, came home and ended up throwing up in the middle of the night along with diarrhea all night..horrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

I ordered food last night from chipotle. It was a chicken bowl with rice, lettuce, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese. In the middle of the night, I had severe stomach cramps and it was vomiting. I also had cold sweats, chills, fever. I still have the pain in my stomach. This was pretty bad.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Cheese sliders on Wednesday March 18 for dinner. Horrible nausea and vomiting within 2 hours that lasted until morning. Then it switched to diarrhea, chills, and a horrible headache for another day. Finally, just have horrible reflux, chills, occasional diarrhea and exhaustion after 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Acid reflux
