I ate a steak bowl without cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and I woke up this morning with diarrhea. I believe it was here Myself I’m a teenager however my mom did not get sick. The food tasted ok, didn’t think I’d get sick ☹️😢  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

At a Marie Calendars Mushroom chicken pot pie this morning around 10 AM (hello time change lunch was early) and within an hour instantly had sever sour stomach and cramping. Took antacids and it’s been 8 hours of severe stomach pain and cramping like a need to defecate.  | Symptoms: Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I ate at Chili's in keene, nh at 12:30 last friday march 30, 2018. Had the chicken quesadillas, the worst of the sickness is over but still have some lingering symptoms, I almost called 911,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
