Something in the salad obviously  I already wrote this information . I ate an apple, pecan, chicken salad   Less than an hour later I got horrible cramps in my upper stomach above my ribs.  I was violently sick shortly after.  Today 1:39.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I went there two days ago, The lady approached me while I was crunched over in pain and told me that I was stupid for being in pain refused to give me her bosses name and told me to leave, I ended up at Dartmouth in the er for 12 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
