Suspected source: Milkshake
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I got a shamrock shake yesterday and I have been nonstop throwing up, queasy, and having horrible diarrhea

Mom and I had pizza April 14, 2022 from here around 6p.m. We have been sick since that night with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, chills, and feeling weak. Have ate here plenty of times and no problems so I'm assuming it was a bad batch.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Chills, Indigestion, Weakness

I didn’t know I could report this until now but in February I had lunch here and it was the only thing I had that day (2 hot dogs and fries) and I got food poisoning from them and had to miss 2 days of work and couldn’t eat much food for a few days after that  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My son ate lucky charms on April 5th 2002 for breakfast and later on that day he began vomiting and broke out in hives all over his body and his face was swollen including his mouth and tongue and we ended up in the ER.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Swelling
