Two times I've eaten a banana from the same bunch and within 2 hours my stomach started hurting getting worse every hour until hour 6 when the vomiting started and carried on another 6 hours. It happened the same way both times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate there at about 11:30pm on 10/31/20. One pizza had bbq sauce, chicken, onions, bacon and pineapple. The other pizza had regular sauce, pepperoni, bacon, pineapple and jalapeno. I started feeling nauseous about 30 minutes after eating. About 10 minutes after that I vomited. 3 hours… See more

I am not sure. We shop at 3-4 supermarkets. It could have been the Food Lion on Mt Carmel Church Rd in Chapel Hill, the Harris Teeter on 15-501 in Chapel Hill or on 15-501 in northern Chatham Co. Or the Harris Teeter on Greensboro St in Carrboro.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
