I ate a steak and cheese sandwich from Panera Bread and the food was not properly nor thoroughly cooked. It has been a week since I consumed the food and I am still experiencing extreme food poisoning symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ate steak, egg and cheese bagle around 11am Sunday, didn't feel well on Monday. I started with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea Monday around 7pm. I didn't stop vomiting until Tuesday morning. I still have diarrhea and it is now Saturday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a crunchy taco, chalupa supreme and a mini beefy quesadilla last night at about 6:15pm. I woke up at about 10:30pm to terrible abdominal pain. I had severe diarrhea and vomiting for about an hour and a half. I seem to be recovering this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
