I ate a crunchy taco, chalupa supreme and a mini beefy quesadilla last night at about 6:15pm. I woke up at about 10:30pm to terrible abdominal pain. I had severe diarrhea and vomiting for about an hour and a half. I seem to be recovering this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I hadn’t eaten anything yesterday so I went to McDonald’s got a McDouble and immediately after eating it I felt sick. I made it 30 minutes back to my house and started uncontrollably vomiting and diarrhea I tried to drink water to stay hydrated and it immediately… See more

Hello everyone I am having subs from subway pretty often this time I have a philly steak with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and little bit of jalapeno with chipotle sauce got home and I eat half of that sub woke up next morning with a horrible stomachache I was not able to eat that day almost nothing.

My son and I both had chicken last Monday. I have been in the hospital, on several antibiotics due to a swollen colon, am in extreme pain, have had diarrhea, vommitting, body aches, and fever. He is also ill. Wont ever eat there again. Dr. said it is food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Body Ache

Cheese and egg biscuit and cheese and egg bagel. Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, - Both family members that ate there Sunday have been sick since early Monday morning and still can't eat food as of Thursday morning. They did go to the doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
