A #13 WITH EXTRA ONION RINGS AND A CHOCOLATE SHAKE ONE NITE OF MY CHICKEN SANDWICH AND 4 ONION RINGS GOT VARY BAD STOMACH PAINS AND THEN HAD TO THROW UP 2X AND STILL CANT GET THE MANAGER TO COME TALK TO ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK STILL WAITING THIS IS HORRIBLE  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
