Sunday eve ordered 2 sirlion steak dinners to go and ordered 3 side salads made with romaine lettuce only, a few hours later I starting having nausea than severe diarrhea early in the morning. Ate chicken pot pie for dinner yesterday. Developed diarrhea approximately 1 1/2 hours later. It's been more than 12 hours and still have diarrhea.
