Ate twice at Baja actually ate the wrap for lunch then for dinner ate Baja chicken pizza and margherita pizza at 1pm then ate dinner at 5pm and got sick at midnight  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On May 10, 2016 I had a chicken Bol with black beans, rice, cheese, sour cream and green salsa. I felt nauseous that night and very bloated. The next day diarrhea started and was non-stop. Two days later I went to the doctor and got a script for Bentyl.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
