Teriyaki sauce, I ate at balance around 8pm last night. I got a chicken teriyaki bowl. I am now in the hospital throwing up and severe diarrhea. My vitals are all over the place and they have given me morphine multiple times. I will never eat here ever again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
