My boyfriend and I went to Mcdonalds on the 29th as a bday gift for me. Since then we have both had problems with nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. I called and filed a complaint but it seems to have fallen on deaf ear.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
