I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, pico, and guacamole around 6p last night. The vomiting and nausea started at 5a. It is 11a and I am still vommitting about 3-5x per hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

We ate Golden Corral yesterday at noon, I felt fine until I wake to bed, woke up with horrible stomach pains and projectile vomiting, and then the diarrhea and fever started. I’m 8 hours into this sickness and have never felt so horrible. And I have birthed 4 children natural!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I sampled many different German cuisines while attending octoberfest this year. Most of which were very poorly prepared. I consumed 1 beer so alcohol poisoning is a non-potential.
