I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, pico, and guacamole around 6p last night. The vomiting and nausea started at 5a. It is 11a and I am still vommitting about 3-5x per hour.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Oktoberfest, South Jackson Avenue, Tulsa, OK, USA

I sampled many different German cuisines while attending octoberfest this year. Most of which were very poorly prepared. I consumed 1 beer so alcohol poisoning is a non-potential. I have since had a fever vomiting diarrhea and intense nausea for 8+ hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
