Ordered a plain cheese pizza that I split with son. I thought it tasted very off. Within a couple of hours I was vomiting and weak. I now have diarrhea. Son has green poop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Green Stool
