7 hrs after leaving the restaurant, started experiencing abdominal pain and cramps projectile vomiting, diarrhea, fever. I had eaten there bread, salad with vinaigrette dressing flow’s small steak baked sweet potatoe and fried Brussels sprouts and water with lemon  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I had a quarter pounder w cheese and fries right at noon yesterday. Nausea set in within a half hour or so and all hell broke loose about 4 hours later. I’ve never been so sick in my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
