My son had the 4 for $4, chicken nuggets, jr bacon cheeseburger, fries and a grape Fanta soda. He complained of a headache one hour later, took a nap, woke up from nap and vomited twice. Vomited until nothing came out.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Headache
