i work next to this store and have eaten it twice this month, first i had a ten piece and got a terrible stomach ache. i now had it again a week later, today. i had a sausage mcmuffin and i have the same exact stomach ache from the same location, i do not believe this is coincidence  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
