Husband ate Quarter Pounder w/ cheese (plain), fries, and a diet Dr pepper. Began feeling abdominal cramps 2 hours later and had cramps/chills all night until he vomited in the early hours of the morning. On 10/30/25 I purchased a pre prepared snack box with cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, diced cheese, diced white chicken meat, almonds and a hard boiled egg. I didn't eat the egg but finished the rest and had violent symptoms 7 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
