I was at work, and I felt like I was going to pass out and I got cold chills, nauseous, and then started throwing up violently. Shortly after the diarrhea started and I had to go home… not to mention I am also 23 weeks pregnant.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
