Our family went to dinner at Changs Friday night March 1st.
Those of us who ate the beef and broccoli became very sick within 12 hours. I’ve now had diarrhea for 3 nonstop. My sister, her husband, and one of her daughters who ate the broccoli all have had diarrhea since Saturday morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My husband and I both ordered the homewrecker jr with chicken rice black beans guacamole cheese sour cream black olives and corn salsa. Ate at Old Chicago Pizza on 8/12/2018 for dinner. The meat pasta sauce did taste a little different and a few hours later suffered from severe food poisoning. Notified the manager by phone to warn about the sauce but didn’t seem to care.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
