Black beans, I got the southwest salad that had black beans in it and started getting really sick early in the it was about 4 hours before the symptoms started but I take a proton pump inhibitor so this slows that process  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I received food poisoning from the Jalapeño chicken salad sandwich. This was my only meal for the day and An hour after eating I started having severe pain in my stomach and chest.
