I received food poisoning from the Jalapeño chicken salad sandwich. This was my only meal for the day and An hour after eating I started having severe pain in my stomach and chest. Two hours later I started throwing up every 30 minutes and had severe diarrhea,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
