I ate my favorite soup, Chicken Gnocchi & before I was done eating began having severe stomach cramps. I had diarrhea & vomiting all night & by the morning was so weak that I had to go to urgent care for IV fluids & meds to stop the vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness

Yesterday 10/18/16. I had a Chicken Teriyaki. Ate the sandwich at 2:00pm and around 9:00 pm. I started getting queasy and started having diarrhea. it has not stopped. Today 10/18/16 still to this time 5:00 pm still have diarrhea. My guess is subway frozen veggies are bad.… See more

Yesterday, June 28, at about 12:30pm, I ordered the 3 PC chicken strips and a large sweet iced tea. I was only able to eat 2 of the chicken strips. During the afternoon I started having chills and fever. By 7:30 pm I was dizzy and vomiting.… See more

I ate a steak bowl around 5 or 6, for the rest of the day I was fine til next morning I woke up with a fever, nasua, and fatigue. Basically the whole day I felt like I was dying, Never going to Chipotle again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever
