I ordered chipotle Sunday night and got a bowl with white rice, steak, salsa, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. I woke up at 10pm with severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting every 10-15min, and bad cramps. Went to hospital and was notified it was FP and that I was severely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
