Sausage mcmuffin with egg, Wednesday April 6th at 9 am. Started feeling sick a couple hours later. The fever came on first. Started throwing up at about 130 pm. Diarrhea and vomiting lasted about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate around 9:00pm. I had a 12 count nugget, large fry, and a medium lemonade. 2 hours later, my stomach began to hurt. I experienced severe pains where it was hard to stand up at times. I experienced diarrhea as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My friend and I went to Panda for lunch and a couple hours later both of us were feeling nauseous and sick to our stomachs. I ended up leaving school early (and thank God I did), I started throwing up the minute I got home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
