I had a medium well steak with loaded steak fries with white gravy on the side alongside a Dr. Pepper and a regular margarita. Nobody at my table had the exact thing and I felt extreme nausea on the way home and eventually vomitted multiple times and had serve diarrhea for hours after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
