Went to Costa Vida for lunch yesterday. Friend and I both came down sick today. She ate her lunch before me. I dropped her off then took my toddler home then ate. Hee symptoms started in the same time gap then mine.

Had a chicken alfredo pasta. Ate about 1/3 (thankfully) then took a break. About 20 min later my stomach started hurting. The bathroom experience started with nausea and diarrhea, followed by a session of violent vomiting, and back to diarrhea for 10 minutes. Hopefully this is it,… See more

2.25.18, My son eat at Arbys in Tiverton, Utah, and had a beef and cheddar for lunch on 2.21.18 with the symptoms of vomiting, dihreah, stomach pains, we are on day 4, still not better, stomach lining is now detoriated from vomiting. Went to the doctors twice.… See more
