We went to dinner tonight at about 7:30pm. Ordered a Sirloin, fresh veggies, and a house salad. Had a water and a margarita for drinks. Have nausea, diarrhea, and chills. No fever. Diarrhea started at about 10pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

The Honey Pecan salad and Monterey Sandwich off there 2 for Lunch Special, Approximately five hours after I had the 2 for lunch special, (I had the honey pecan salad, and the Monterey Turkey half sandwich) I began feeling I’ll. I ordered orange chicken from here. In less than an hour I became extremely sick, nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, horrible stomach cramps. I had to call 911 and stayed the night in the emergency room. I thought I was dying.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
