We went to PF Changs around 6:30pm and got Orange Chicken & Honey Shrimp. Now at 12AM, I texted my friend telling her I felt that I needed to puke - she texted back immediately and said she had puked and also had diarrhea. The symptoms are progressively getting worse.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

Had the churrasco dinner at fogo de chao in Alderwood. About 6 hours later both my husband and I were hit with the worst diarrhea that lasted through the night and to this morning.
