I had the 11 inch thin crust meat lover pizza. It was delicious but I had explosive diarrhea later in the afternoon. I was sweating a few hours later. I had stomach cramps for 24 hours and I was wiped out for 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating

My 5 yr old son had a strawberry banana smoothie. Within about 1-2 hrs after had stomach cramps and then started to throw up. It has been going off and on for the last 13 hrs. He has also had a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps

Went on Monday May 3rd about 7pm got an apple fritter ate it and started uncontrollable vomiting around 11pm and continued extreme vomiting untill Tues afternoon. NEVER have I puked so much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

On Monday, May 3, 2021 I went to this place. I purchased the original chicken sandwich meal without fries, I substituted with fresh fruit and Florida Natural orange juice that was sealed bottle.
