Ordered chicken poppers, parmesean garlic twists, and chocolate crunch lava cakes. Had diarrhea the next morning, and started vomiting after that. Domino's was the only thing I had eaten that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Large stuffed crust with pepperoni, bacon, and jalapenos. about an hour after I ate, the need to use the restroom arose. I was unsure of the cause so I had another 2 slices and it happened again. this was about 2 months ago but I only just found this site.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I went at about 10pm last night I ordered the double quarter pounder meal with a coke, it was the only thing I ate since breakfast. I woke up at about 5am with stomach cramps.
