Great Value chilli, ate it twice, both times I got heat flashes, nausea, diarrhea, stomach aches, headache, vomiting… very unpleasant, ate it at night, the next day was miserable for the entire day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I didn't make a lunch for work and I was running late so I ordered in this place cause I knew they delivered, horrible mistake. I got sick almost immediately after with diarrhea and nausea, I didn't throw up until 2 days later. I've had diarrhea and have been throwing up for 7 days now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Both my husband and myself started with sever burping, then came the horrible stomach cramping, more severe stomach gas, and then violent throwing up. We had BLT's so Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato... pretty sure it was the lettuce as that is what we were burping  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping

Original recipe chicken from here Chicken tasted like they either changed recipe and it was warm on outside of chicken but extremely cold on the inside . Just myself was only one who ate it wife ate chicken strips from here. Approximately 4hrs. It happened on January 26th 2021  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

The pepperoni and hawaian pizza tasted good. But after couple of hours I started feeling cramps and nausea. Then I went to bed and next day I could barely get up the bed, my muscles hurting and I got height temperature and headache.
