Went in and sat down around 6:30pm. Ordered the sirloin steak and it came with a side salad with ranch. Symptoms started around 3 hours after eating. I’ve been having symptoms for almost 12 hours. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the Asian chicken salad for lunch and didn't feel good after a few hours. Felt very lethargic. Before dinner that night the diarrhea started. It has now been over 24 hours. I am worried it might be the lettuce in the salad  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

i felt fine when i got home after dinner but when i woke up in the morning i felt terrible and vomited the friend that i went out with had same symptoms. this could have been cause by the water because me and my friends noticed it tasted a bit off. or the taco even tho it tasted fine.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
