Now, Broccoli I washed and cooked the broccoli but it tasted gritty.like sand

08/13 update: However it was in my fridge over a week maybe it went bad. Although it looked ok. I was cooking and eating in dim light so maybe I didn’t see the dirt or bugs in it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate 1/2 ham and cheese on Sunday. Diarrhea started Monday. Still having it today even though I have only had clear liquids since Monday,

08/02 update: Symptoms improved but still not 100%. Unable to return to regular diet yet - attempts at solid food bring back GI symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with mayo, fries with honey mustard and iced tea. It started with a headache and stomach pain. Now I’m bloated, have diarrhea, body aches, and super nauseous.
