Had a bad experience eating out?

Your report helps protect others.

I got a bag of onions that were rotten. I threw away the tainted onions but I cut out all yuck on the ones that were barely touched. Apparently the rotten ran through the whole onion and I didn't see it. I wouldn't purposely buy rotten onions. It was Walmart delivery service and was shopped for me.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
