On Saturday 1/20/2024 my family went to casa Roma in lincoln ca and my daughter and I ate the shredded beef and by 3:00 am we had bad stomach pains and have had diarrhea x48 hours now with nausea and headache. I bought the "Cuisine Solutions Sliced Grass-Fed Beef Sirloin, 1 lb avg wt" from Costco and the following day was bombarded by food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day besides pasts, so I am sure it came from that product. It was not expired nor opened previously.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Yesterday night Hillshire farm smoked beef sausages Had a sausage for breakfast at 8:30am the only thing I’ve eaten in 9 hours later became nauseous and vomited yellow foam with a headache.  There was just a recall on the same sausage back in September 2023 just with a different EST number.  | Symptoms: Headache, Vomiting, Nausea, Other
