Ordered a Big Mac and a double quarter pounder around 6pm and started getting nauseous around 8pm and was continually vomiting from them until about 6am and then vomiting a few more times throughout the next day. Diarrhea every couple hours for the following two days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a big mac meal with a large fry and sweet tea yesterday evening. Today I suddenly began having extreme diarrhea.
