Me and my fiancée both ordered a Big Mac meal with cokes and we both got shamrock shake mcflurries. My fiancée got so sick that night. Throwing up and diarrhea. Ordered a Big Mac Meal and Double Cheeseburger via the drive-thru on Monday evening.
