Additional information: Food was extremely poorly prepared had to essentially remake the burger before eating it

Me and my fiancée both ordered a Big Mac meal with cokes and we both got shamrock shake mcflurries. My fiancée got so sick that night. Throwing up and diarrhea. I thought it was strange since I didn’t get sick. Surprise! Within 24 hours I had the same exact symptoms. It was ROUGH.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a Big Mac Meal and Double Cheeseburger via the drive-thru on Monday evening. Within an hour of consuming I experienced severe stomach cramps and bloating, followed by continuous vomiting and diarrhoea for the next 12 hours, along with 2 days of fever and being unable to get out of bed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Bloating
