Instructed to clean and maintain all mentioned floors, walls, and pipes.

Instructed person in charge to store all items inverted to prevent contamination. #49: observed equipment throughout kitchen to have food debris and grime build up on exterior (blender, food processor, pots, pans). Instructed person in charge to detail clean and maintain. #55: observed coving between wall and floor underneath dish area to be peeling away from wall creating gaps.
